Difficult to pin down, ever shifting, the Mirage is Black Camel Coffee’s most elusive roast. These particular beans, grown in the high elevations of Peru, seem to do well in a variety of roast profiles, most of which we tried before settling on just one. We think you’ll enjoy the result. The cup is nutty, with notes of lemongrass and cocoa. And though the Mirage appears today only to disappear tomorrow, it always remains a most delicious bag of beans.
